Richard Tarr

Richard Tarr Born October 6, 1951 in Dallas, Texas and passed away July 29, 2015 in Mansfield, Texas at the age of 63 with his family by his side. Preceded in death by his mother Marion Sue Tarr, son Richard “Jason” Tarr and son-in-law John Butler. Survived by his loving and faithful wife of 40 years Donna Tarr, sons Mark Tarr and David Tarr, daughters Karla Butler, Kim Day and husband Gene, Father Charles Richard Tarr Sr., brother Brad Tarr and wife Belinda, sister Donna Lynn Keaton and husband Ed and numerous other family members and friends. Richard was a self-made business man but always put his family and friends first as they were the cornerstone of his life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him and we all will miss the smile on his face and his friendship and humor most of all. He always made people smile and enjoyed bringing happiness and joy to people he knew and people he didn’t even know as he just had a zest for life in general. Family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Tuesday August 4, 2015 at David Clayton and Sons. Funeral Services will be 3 PM on Wednesday August 5, 2015 at David Clayton and Sons Memorial Chapel. A private family graveside will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park in the Garden of Gateway.
