It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Johannes (Hans) Post after a lengthy illness. He was a wonderful father , papa and partner and will be greatly missed by his wife Susan, daughters Jessica (brad), Jocelyn ( Andrew), stepdaughters Brandy and Sarah (Andy). Grandchildren Jolene, Joe, Megan and his # 1 fan Morgan. His Uncle Henk (Wanda), sister Henny (Jim), brothers Paul (Debbie), Dirk and John (Lynn). Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Hans was well known for his terrible jokes and his love of family and friends. Hans was predeceased by his parents Folley and Truce, beautiful daughter Jennifer, baby granddaughter Jamie Lynn and son-in-law Shane. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. His family would like to thank the Cowichan home support workers, doctors, nurses and staff at CDH who did their best to keep him comfortable through this past year.
