Raymond Barthelemy

He was born on December 13,1948 in Port au Prince, Haiti, son of the late George Barthelemy and the late Claire Viau Barthelemy.

Raymond was a very gentle spirit - passionate, loving and responsible. Everyone who met him loved him. He was a patient man, having driven for Yellow Cab in New York City for 55 years! He loved watching basketball, especially the New York Knicks!

He is survived by his loving wife of over 40 years, Genette Barthelemy; son, Guillenger Barthelemy; daughters, Marie Woileskie, and Barbara Barthelemy; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Jelin Barthelemy; sister, Marie Barthelemy; nieces and nephews, Gregory Barthelemy, Brenda Barthelemy, Joseph Barthelemy, Antonio Barthelemy, and Francois Barthelemy.

The family will receive friends at Whitley-Garner @ Rosehaven Funeral Home on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 9:00 AM from the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service in Rosehaven Memorial Park.
