Mary Elizabeth Henry

She was born on March 11, 1934 in Alabama, daughter of the late Ben Morrow and the late Jesse Aldridge Morrow.

Elizabeth was a talented artist and displayed her work in North Georgia Art Shows. She was a member of the Douglasville Art Guild. She loved sewing, painting, quilting and working in her garden. Elizabeth was a former member of First Baptist Church of Douglasville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ted Henry; brother, Wendell Morrow; and sister, Kathy Risinger.

She is survived by her sons; Paul Henry (Martha) and Phillip(Vivian) Henry; daughter, Maryann Thompson (David); grandchildren, Thomas and Diana Henry, Joshua Watkins-Clark (Julie), Brittany Watkins (Chris), Mason Watkins (Christiana), Rachel Henry, Sarah Beth Grizzle (Joe), and Ameliah Hester (Joshua); great grandchildren, Caroline and Henry Clark, Harley, Ivy, and Catherine Timms, Leah Watkins, and Levi Watkins.

The family will receive friends at Whitley-Garner @ Rosehaven Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM on December 20, 2024. A Graveside Service will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville, Georgia.
