Denise Marcelle Hale, age 81, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, December 22, 2023. She was born September 13, 1942 in Louviers, France. A devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, she loved everything family and was a great cook. Her French cuisine was exceptional. Denise always loved a trip to the casino and enjoyed playing Bingo. She enjoyed traveling to the mountains and to the ocean, but her favorite trips were to go see family. Denise was known for always being well dressed. She enjoyed watching nature shows and watching the wildlife at her home. Denise was a member of Calvary Church of God.
Preceding her in death were her beloved husband of 55 years, Cecil Hale; her parents, Gorges Emile and Yvone Lucienne (Gaston) Roger; and three sisters, Simone, Christiane and Monique.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Catherine Early (Gary), Patrick Hale, Nathalie Penar (Joseph) and Michelle Bennett; brothers, Jean-Pierre, Gerard and Maurice; sisters, Josette and Marcelline; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other extended family members.
