Mr. Brian Scott Anderson, age 60, of Douglasville, GA passed away Friday, June 5, 2015. He was born March 11, 1955 in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Anderson was a good and generous man who had a strong belief in God. He was loved very much by his family and friends and he returned that love with all his being. He enjoyed classic movies, cars, working with his hands and Harleys.
Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Shirley Larmore Anderson.
He is survived by his son, Jeffrey Anderson and wife Lacy; daughter Emily Holsey and husband Deon; brother Robert E. Anderson and wife Sheila; sister Laurie Roberts and husband Joey; grandson D.J. Holsey; nieces, nephews and numerous other family members.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 8, 2015 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. A graveside service will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens at 2:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Mr. Anderson to Douglasville First United Methodist Church Capital Campaign, 6167 Prestley Mill Road, Douglasville, GA 30134.
