Robert John "Bobby" Miglicco

Bobby Miglicco, a lifelong resident of Donaldsonville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 6, 2017. He was 76 and retired after 45 plus years as a Maintenance Superintendent with Triad Chemical. Bobby had a passion for fishing and was an avid LSU fan. He was a member of the St. Joseph's Altar Society, the Knights of Columbus and Ascension Catholic Church. He is survived by his daughters, Carla Schexnaydre (Jeff) and Jill M. Prejean; sister, Rita Miglicco Doran; sisters in law, Dot Miglicco, Edith Miglicco, and Helena Evans (Earl); grandchildren, Austin, Clay, and Kalynn; great grandchildren, Haile and Chase; numerous nieces and nephews; ex son in law, Ben Prejean; and his beloved dog, “Blackie”. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Pizzolato Miglicco; parents, Sam and Victoria Triche Miglicco; and his brothers, Percy and Anthony “Tony” Miglicco. Visiting will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Donaldsonville on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 6 pm until 9 pm and on Monday from 8 am until 12:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, April 10, 2017 at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, Donaldsonville beginning at 1 pm. Entombment to follow in the church mausoleum.
