Michael "Mike" Edward Seeley

Michael Edward Seeley- age 64, of Marshalltown, passed away at home September 15, 2022. Born in Digby, he was a son of Carl (Eddie) Seeley and Charlotte Phyllis Seeley. Mike fished most of his life with his dad in the weirs. He worked for Cooke Aquaculture Inc. until retirement. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and daily coffee chats with his buddies. He was so kind, generous and was always willing to lend a hand. Mike’s grandchildren were his world. Mike is survived by his wife, Judy (Weir) Seeley the love of his life; daughter, Melissa (Chris) Marshall; son, Craig Seeley; sisters, Gail Vroom, Sherry Winchester, Janice (Barry) Seeley, Judy (Hubert) Jordan, Jennie (Kelly) Deveau; sister-in-law, Joanne (Anthony) Ryan; grandchildren, William, Mykal, Callista, Baileigh; many nieces and nephews which he loved and nicknamed each and every one of them. Mike was predeceased by his father, Carl (Eddie) Seeley; brothers, Tony and Carl Seeley; mother-in-law Carol Weir and father-in-law Joe Weir. A celebration of life will be held September 21 from 7-9 at Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby, stop in for coffee and a yarn. Donations in Mike’s memory can be made to charity of one’s choice.
