In later years they took numerous cruises traveling throughout the world, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Dave was a car enthusiast. He also enjoyed learning the latest technology, engaging in lively discussions, and having a beer with friends. Prior to COVID Dave enjoyed meeting "the old guys" at the DeWitt McDonald's and was grateful for their friendship and camaraderie.
