Michele Koziol, 95, of Des Plaines was born on February 22, 1927 to the late Albert and late Agnes Maruszak and passed away May 24, 2022.
Michele was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Koziol; loving mother of Halina (Nicholas) DiCosola, Carrie (Jerry) Catalano and Richard (Donna) Koziol; devoted grandmother of Jeffery (Tricia) DiCosola, Eric (Emily) Koziol Lauren Koziol, Jason Koziol and the late Tina DiCosola; dear great-grandmother of Amelia, Nicholas, Jackson, Melanie and Makenna; fond sister of the late Stella (late Martin) Chowanski and late Chester (late Katherine) Maruszak. Loving ciocia to many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 3-8pm at Oehler Funeral Home 2099 Miner St. Des Plaines, IL 60016. Family and friends will gather Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at St. Zachary Catholic Church 567 W. Algonquin Rd. Des Plaines, IL 60018 for a 10am mass. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimers Association.
