The visitation will be Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 3-8pm at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St., Des Plaines, IL 60016. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 10am at St. Stephen Protomartyr Church, 1280 Prospect Ave., Des Plaines, IL 60018. Burial will follow the funeral at All Saints Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Oehler Funeral Home.
Carol was born in Chicago, IL on June 21, 1937. She graduated from St. Patrick Academy.
Carol worked as a receptionist/switchboard operator for Burson-Marsteller for 37 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking and bird watching.
Carol was the loving mother of Carrie (Andrew) Peyer; dear cousin of Barry Kahn, Rick Lilla, Elaine Ferris, Sandy (Smith) and the late Sherry Pearson.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
