Little Donnie was born in Lake Charles, December 21, 1983 and attended St. Mary's School in Alexandria most of his life. He was loved by everyone that had the opportunity to meet him, including his care givers and medical professionals who took care of him over the years, but none more than his family.
He is survived by his siblings, Danielle Bell and husband, David Lombas of Lafayette, Kristi Bell of Lafayette, and Nicholas Bell of Lake Charles; aunts, Laurie Mueller of DeQuincy, Annette Touchette and husband, Robie, of Deridder, and Cathy Coberly of Sulphur. He is also survived by numerous cousins.
He is preceded in death and welcomed to his eternal home by his father, Donnis Bell Jr.; grandfather, Donnis Bell Sr.; grandmother, Frances Bell; and uncles, Chris Mueller and Douglas Bell.
Donnie's family would like to extend their deepest appreciation and thanks to St. Mary's Training School in Alexandria, the Calcasieu Community Care Center in Lake Charles, and Harbor Hospice for the care and love he received over the years.
His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 26, in Hixson-Snider Funeral Home. Bro. Vance Perkins will officiate. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery in DeQuincy.
