DENISON – Thomas E. Taylor died early Sunday, June 29, 2014 under the watchful and compassionate care of his nurses at Texoma Medical Center.
Thomas Taylor was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina on January 30, 1959 to Harrison (deceased) and Mary Taylor. Shortly after his birth he was on the road again with his family of five. His older Aggie brother Robert Taylor PCCE of Shreveport, Louisiana and older Aggie sister Linda Clark, who now lives in Kiowa, Colorado, will greatly miss him.
Tommy did settle down in Denison, Texas when his dad retired from the Air Force in Minot, ND and graduated from Denison High.
He continued to acquire many skills during his life. He worked for the Katy Railroad, lineman for cable company, plumbing and truck driving. Tommy had a great love for water; whether it be our great Lake Texoma, the gulf or the oceans. He also was always fond of his motorcycles – for him it was Harley Davidson.
Tommy will best be remembered by all for his kindness towards people and animals and his willingness to help all who were in need. He will be greatly missed by all who were ever touched by his life.
Tommy requested no service, so in his honor please stop by the lake and skip a rock for him to honor him and his life.
Thanks so much to Bratcher Funeral Home, specifically Larry Riddle, who was so helpful with the arrangements and support he provided to Tommy’s family. No need was ever ignored.
