Linda Sue Howard Holt, age 73, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday July 17, 2017. Linda was born in Denison, Texas, November 4, 1943 to Lillian Alice Howard (Campell) and Virgil Amos Howard.
Linda was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, and loyal friend to everyone she crossed paths with, and she will be dearly missed. She worked for MHMR before becoming disabled. She liked working on crossword puzzles, and especially enjoyed outdoor activities including camping.
Linda is survived by her husband, Rex Holt; son Steve Gaines, son Todd Gaines; grandchild Chris Gaines, grandchild Ryan Gaines and beloved dog Mister.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service for Linda will be held Monday, July 31, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Bratcher Funeral Home Chapel, 401 W. Woodard St., Denison, Texas.
