Linda Marie Bryant born on March 5, 1945, grew up on the grounds of the Earl May seed company on Shenandoah, Iowa. She passed away at the young age of 75 on November 26, 2020. She is survived by the love of her life Allen Stoddard, Eureka, CA where they spent the last 19 years living their best lives together with their two four legged best friends Scooby and Scooter, before her adventure, began in Texas.
Linda is survived by her two daughters: Kyla Lennox and her husband Raymond Lennox; Kathryn Kent and, her wife, Leslie Kent; Her 8 Grandchildren: Breanna Williams and her husband Kenan Williams, Kayla Curto, Dean Gudmundson and his wife Kelsey Gudmundson, Richard Lennox, Ashley Lennox, Isabella Pickrell, Vanessa Pickrell, and TJ Henderson-Kent. Also, two Great Grandchildren Ryleigh Williams and Micah Williams.
Linda loved to spend her days in the sun while gardening and feeding her hummingbirds, and her evenings around the bonfire, watching Texas sized lightning bugs and passing on her Ottawa Watts Sioux Indian heritage with her family. Most will remember her by her sweet, yet, so sassy self! She made sure to pass “the nana look” down to all the women in her family, so, luckily for everyone else there are many versions of “the nana look” walking around today.
From dating one of the Everly Brothers to being on the American Band Stand. She lived a life full of adventure and good times! She could sit, chat and laugh for hours. She had a heart of gold and loved her family like no other.
She will be greatly missed.
