RUBIN, Adele age 90 of Palm Isles, Boynton Beach died peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 with her family and caretakers by her side. Adele was born and lived in Brooklyn, NY and has resided in Boynton Beach for the last 22 years.
Beloved wife of the late Sidney Rubin; Loving mother of Francine Xavier of Bearsville, NY, Jo-Ann (Dan) O’Brien of Canandaigua, NY, Michele(Carol Roby) Rubin of Marblehead, MA, and Andrew Rubin of Hollywood, FL; Cherished grandmother of Lauren (Kevin) Welsh, Julia (Matt) Thom, Matt Xavier, Grahm Rubin, and Joanna Rubin; Adored great grandmother of Dylan and Gabriel Welsh. Dear sister of the late Mildred (Sonny) Gold, Edna (Sol) Rubin, and Larry(Arleen) Cohen. Adele was deeply loved and cherished by her family and friends. She was the light of our lives and will be really missed. Services 2 pm Thursday, June 26th at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels, 7205 W. Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 561-496-7550. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the American Diabetes Association. The Rubin Family will be receiving friends Thursday 5pm-8pm at the Rubin residence.
