Earline Delcambre LeBlanc

DELCAMBRE – A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Earline Delcambre LeBlanc, age 91, at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Delcambre. Fr. Buddy Breaux will officiate. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at the church on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 9:00 am until the service time. A rosary will be prayed at 10:00 am followed by the reading of the eulogy.

A native of Abbeville and resident of Vinton, Earline passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, March 30, 2023 in Vinton, LA.

Earline was a kind and carefree woman who enjoyed the simple things in life. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother and valued her family above all else. Earline visited countries all over the world and enjoyed seeing new things. She could often be found with a brush in her hand and paint on her clothes. One of her favorite things to look forward to was spending time with family, especially for a monthly luncheon with her cousins. Earline enjoyed dancing and tending to her Amaryllis flowers. She will be truly and deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sons, Maxie LeBlanc, Jr. (Kathy), Bryan LeBlanc (Katie), Paul LeBlanc (Hester), and Steven LeBlanc; daughters, Rhonda Rackers, Donna LeBlanc, and Lisa Krajicek (Stephen); half-brother, Randy Delcambre; 20 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and numerous step great grandchildren; and her beloved pet, Pichou.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Maxie LeBlanc, Sr.; parents, Loleste and Nelies Broussard Delcambre; half-brothers; Rudy Delcambre and Kenneth Delcambre; and grandchild, Jeremy Blake LeBlanc.

Pallbearers will be Mrs. LeBlanc’s grandchildren.
