Larry Linn Johnson, age 69, born July 13, 1955 of Oklahoma City, passed away on March 27, 2025.
Larry shared ten wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Kimberly Johnson. He was a devoted father to Justin Johnson (Laurie), Lari Lynn Johnson (Robert), Jerry Paul Johnson (Taylor), and Phoebe Johnson. He was a proud grandfather to Samantha, Jakobi, and Victory, and a cherished great-grandfather to Hunter, Peyton, Waylon, and Braelynn.
Larry was one of five children, and is survived by his siblings, George Johnson, Deann Henthorn, and Jana Zumwalt. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Laurita Johnson, and his brother, Garry Johnson.
For 42 years, Larry called Santa Fe, New Mexico home, where he excelled as a Chief Engineer at the Inn of The Anasazi and the Club of Las Campanas. Upon his return to Oklahoma City in retirement, he transitioned to a successful career as a Sales Representative for TRANE Technologies.
Larry was a passionate Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiast and an avid rider, finding joy and freedom on the open road. He had a deep appreciation for music and possessed remarkable skills in working with his hands, creating beautiful furniture. He loved grilling, the outdoors, camping and fishing. He was also a loyal fan of OU sports, particularly college softball.
Larry was known for his vibrant personality and his ability to embrace life to the fullest. He always had a good time and shared his joy with those around him.
