Herman was a hard worker and spent 32 years as a Police Officer for the City of Choctaw. He was a proud member of the fraternal order of Police. When he wasn’t working, Herman enjoyed golfing, fishing, reading, and bowling. He also enjoyed watching football and baseball, but overall he loved spending time with his family and friends, even taking in 3 grandchildren to raise them.
Herman is survived by his wife of 37 years, Mary Kay (Williams) Sutton; children, Cindy Ford of Wellston, Oklahoma, Christy Solana and spouse Jose of Florida, and Charissa Adams and spouse Patrick of Riverside, California; step-child, Daniel Streetman; sister, Joann Ritter of Marietta, Georgia; cousins, Jim and Carol Brandon; 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces, and 3 nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herma and Vera Sutton; sister, Barbara Mechanic; step-child, Keri Streetman; and brother-in-law, Jack Ritter.
