Han Ok Park was born August 11, 1944 in Seoul, Korea to Yong Jun Park and Young Soon Cha. He attended high school in Seoul at Han Yang High School. He lived in Del City, Oklahoma when he passed on November 13, 2021.
In Seoul, Han was employed by the Seoul Journal and also worked as an independent welder. He found a great deal of pleasure in fishing, billiards, and entertaining. He really loved to travel and his favorite trips were the times he visited Yellowstone National Park, Alaska, and back to his homeland, Korea. Of all the things he accomplished in his life, raising four successful children gave him the most pride. Han served in the Korean Army, and was a member of the Korean Association.
On June 7, 1967 Han and Jin Ok Park were married and enjoyed 54 wonderful years together. She survives him along with children Aerin Park, Kwang Park with spouse Ji Hyun Sung, Aehee Park, and Aesun Park with spouse Dencil Johnson.
Also surviving Han are sisters, Sue McLuckie and Soo Lee with spouse Eung Han and brother, Han Ku Park with spouse Kum Cha Park. Han also leaves grandchildren Ryan Taylor, Aidan Park, and Avery Park and nieces Kim Park and Marina Williams and nephews, Charles Park and Mike and Larry Snapp.
