Alfred Eugene Robertson

He was born in Springfield, Missouri on June 30, 1953 to Luther and Dora (LaRue) Robertson. He joined the United States Air Force on February 7, 1973, and was honorably discharged on February 28, 1993. Alfred was proud to have served his country. He later worked at Affinia, Inc. as an inventory specialist.

He married the love of his life Diane Ringer and instantaneously he became a father of six children. Al loved his stepchildren as though they were his own biological children and had been a rock for each and every one of them.

Alfred was a free spirit and had a keen sense of humor, which he instilled in his stepchildren. He also passed on to them his love of music. He enjoyed playing basketball, softball, bowling, darts, crossword puzzles, and traveling. His most beloved activity, however, was pool. He was one of the most respected pool players in the city.

On December 16th, Alfred left this world to join his parents, and his beloved wife, Diane. He leaves to cherish his memory his stepchildren, Erica Sillivan, Anthony Stephens, Gay Stephens, Terry Stephens, Paul Ringer, David Ringer; brothers, John Robertson, Eddie Robertson; sister, Leta Grika; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
