Ana O. Rodriguez

Ana O. Rodriguez, age 61, of Bay Shore, New York passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Ana was a dedicated mother, loyal sister, caring friend, and loving wife. Above all, she was a fearless, independent, and happy woman. She was born in La Union, El Salvador in 1962. She lived in San Salvador until she fled the Salvadoran Civil War and moved to New York in 1990. In New York, she made countless friends, and touched the lives of many people. Her biggest source of strength was fighting so her daughters were surrounded by love, happiness and opportunities to achieve their wildest dreams. And she fought until the end. Her physical absence fills us with the deepest sorrow. But she is not gone, for we will see her smile in every sunrise and feel her hugs with every wind gust. Ana is survived by her daughters Tania and Natalia, the father of her daughters Manuel, and her loyal companions Mozart, Smokey, Drogo and Cleo.
