Elizabeth Shelford Porter,70, of Decatur, Passed away on May 31, 2024. Visitation will be on Thursday June 6, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Celebration of Life service immediately following the visitation with Eric Albright officiating.
Mrs. Porter is survived by her husband of 50 years Gary Porter, her son Charles Porter (Amanda Porter), and her sister Billie Fuller (Alan Fuller) and their daughter Hollie Fuller.
She is preceded in death by her parents William Shelford and Wanda Shelford and her sister Leigh Ann Shelford.
Mrs. Porter retired from Decatur City Schools where she worked as a secretary. In her off-time Elizabeth enjoyed traveling and planning events for her family and friends.
