Charles is survived by his wife, Carol Massey; 3 children, Jody Massey, Jennifer Massey and Jarrett Massey; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Iris O. Massey; father, Thomas D. Massey and brother, Thomas “Tommy” D. Massey, II.
