Thomas Edward Tischer

TISCHER, Thomas Edward, 71, of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully early in the morning of Friday, March 11th, 2016 with his family by his side. Born December 6th, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio, Tom was the youngest of five children belonging to the late Albert and Cora Tischer. He graduated first from the University of Dayton, then Case Western. Educated and employed initially as an industrial engineer, Tom had recently returned to Dayton from the Kansas City area, having retired from his own consultancy business. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Marilyn; his children, Benjamin (Gala) of New York NY, and Stacey (David) Coffman of Windsor CO; as well as his brothers, Robert (Shirley) of Dayton OH and Richard (Clare) of Pittsburgh PA; and sisters, Nancy (Don) Drexinger of Smyrna DE and Suzanne King of Denison TX.
