Robert Wooden

WOODEN, Robert E, of Dayton, OH passed away at age 70 on August 28, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Treva Whitesell and Robert Wooden; his daughter Angie; his sister Maxine; his mother-in-law and father-in-law Kenneth and Gladys Qvick; and his brother-in-laws Jerry, Harvey, Bob, and Charles. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Brenda; their daughter Tracy (Jeff) Young; his brother Harold; his sisters Donna, Kathy, and Earline; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Robert was a member of the Army and proudly served his country. He attended WE Church in Belmont for the past 10 years. Robert loved to work on cars and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandpa. A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, September 6 2018 at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Ave in Beavercreek, OH, and will be officiated by Pastor Troy Keaton. A visitation will be held the night prior from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, September 5, 2018. Robert will be laid to rest at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, 118900 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH, immediately following the funeral service.
