Robert David Phillips age 44 passed away at Hospice of Dayton on Friday, September 29, 2023. Rob was born and raised in Ohio. He is survived by his Mother; Cynthia (Rick) Wells, Father; Steve (Cathy) Phillips, Children; Chyanne Phillips, Aryanna Phillips, Lealand Phillips, and Sister; Samantha Lally (Phillips).
He had fought a hard battle surrounded by friends and family and will truly be missed by those who knew, and loved, him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, OH 45432, on Saturday November 04, 2023 from 1:00pm- 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rob’s daughter; Chyanne Phillips.
