OGLESBEE, Regina Jo (Mitchell), age 62 a native of Dayton and longtime resident of Centerville passed away Friday, November 30, 2012 after a long battle with Cancer at Hospice of Warren County. Regina was born on November 21, 1950 to the late Joseph and Ruby Morgan Mitchell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Oglesbee and her sister, Carol Chandler. She was a graduate of Beavercreek High School and retired from Centerville City Schools, where she received the Outstanding Teacher Award for the district in 1993. She was past President of the Southside Club in Kettering. She is survived by her daughter Leana L. Staton and her husband James C.; grandchildren, Connor and Jameson Staton; a cousin, Gail Kirkland; her life-long best friend, Karen Mainard; close friends, Al and Krystina Byr, and Diane Hanson who provided care and assistance during her illness; and also was a friend of Bill W. for over 25 years.
