Norman A. Stahl

Norman A. Stahl, age 93, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Norman was born on October 11,1929. He graduated from Fairview High School in 1948, and attended 1 year at Sinclair College. After serving in the Navy for 4 years, Norman worked at NCR and retired in 1977, then worked at Chemineer until 1980, then went on to work at General Motors for 14 years and retired in 1994. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Beavercreek until they closed. Also, a member for life at VFW Post 9927 in Kettering and American Legion Post 598, also in Kettering. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Rose and 2 brothers. Survived by his 2 children, Kevin Stahl (Phyllis), and Karen Betts (Kevin); 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 at 12 Noon at David's Cemetery Chapel, 4600 Mad River Road, with a visitation starting at 11:00 am until the time of service. Burial immediately following in David's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
