Long, Margie, 89, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at the Laurels of Huber Heights. She is preceded in death by her Husband Lonnie Long; her parents Millard (Velty) Leedy; her brothers Cecil Leedy, Rube Leedy, Billy Leedy, Aleck Leedy, George Leedy; and sisters Goldie Little, Marita Little. She is survived by her children Penny Long, Sherry Childress, Trinity Enright; brothers Charles (Ruth) Leedy, Ted Leedy, John (Helen) Leedy, Ben Leedy, Rufus (Diane) Leedy; sisters Vernette Parson, Nellie (John) Booso, Mary Alice Fortner; grandchildren Jeremy Childress, Brandon (Tammy) Childress, Paige Long, John, Cheryl, Mike; great-grandchildren Ethan DePriest, Ian Childress and Lonnie Childress. She was retired from Monarch Marking doing ticket tags and labels. Margie was a passionate gardener and loved flowers. Margie loved her crafts such as sewing, knitting, and crocheting.
