Weyrauch, John Adam III age 82 of Kettering passed away Thursday May 8, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents John Adam Weyrauch II and Mary Ann Weyrauch; his first wife Marilyn Ann ( nee Durst) in November 1961 and a niece Deann Weyrauch . Survivors include his current wife Barbara Ann (nee Rose) since December 1, 1962; children, Richard and his wife Diane, John IV and his wife Shirley, James and his wife Sherrie, and Cathy Tucker and her husband Randy; grandchildren, Adam Weyrauch, Jeffrey Weyrauch, Jacob (Elise) Weyrauch, Daniel Weyrauch, Louis Weyrauch, Kaitlin (Casey) Ryan, Megan Weyrauch; great grandsons, Jadon and Jackson; a brother, Charles Weyrauch and his wife Dorothy; 2 nieces, Debra Weyrauch and Donna (Craig) Millett ; 2 nephews, Scot (Donetta) Weyrauch and Skip (Bonnie) Weyrauch; 4 great nieces and 5 great nephews. He was born July 4, 1931 in Cincinnati to John Adam Weyrauch II and Mary Ann Weyrauch. A 1949 graduate of Wilbur Wright High School, graduated from the Ohio Northern University School of Pharmacy in June of 1953 with a Bachelors in Pharmacy, and later served in the U. S. Army from October 16, 1953 –October 15, 1955. John worked at Schmidt’s Drugs for approximately 5 years, (including internship), and then joined Fidelity Prescriptions in November 1955 (later became Medicine Shoppe) until his retirement in September 1997, but continued to work on a part-time basis at various pharmacies during retirement. He was a member of the Miami Valley Pharmaceutical Association, Ohio State Pharmaceutical Association, and American Pharmaceutical Association. A member of the Kettering Civic Band for 4 years, he traveled to Austria in 1980 with the band. He was a member of Oak Street EUB from 1955 until 1965 and Church of the Cross since 1965, and a member of the choir for many years.
