Age 78 of Centerville, passed away on April 26, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born January 20, 1937 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Robert and Florence Wasson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Katherine Wasson and sister, Barbara (Wasson) Bramlage. He is survived by his wife, Charlyn, (Lynn) Sommers Wasson and daughter, Cynthia Wasson. He attended Patterson Co-Op, Ohio University, and University of Dayton in Mechanical Engineering. He was drafted and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for Chrysler Airtemp, Carrier Distributor, and then started Wasson Enterprises in 1971, where he was a HVAC manufacturer’s representative. He served on the Property Review Commission for the City of Centerville for 35 years and was a central committee man for the Republican Partyfor over 20 years. He was a lifetime member of ASHRE, American Legion Post 598, as well as a member of Incarnation Parish.
