Geraldine Weaver Mohler

Mohler, Geraldine (Jerry), 92, of Huber Heights, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at her residence. Jerry was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur H. Weaver and Rhea (Combs) Weaver; brothers Cleveland and Dale Weaver and sister Jean Ellis. She is survived by her husband Ernest Mohler whom she celebrated 67 years of marriage as his dedicated wife; children Scott (Christine) Mohler of Huber Heights, Shawn (Sherry) Mohler of Wilmington, OH, Susan (John) Brunton of Bagdad, KY; brother Russ Weaver of N. Carolina and sister Verna Vogt of Mt. Vernon, OH; grandchildren Karen (Jarrod) Dawson of White House, TN, Tom (Kinue) Brunton of Hampton, VA, Chelsea (Christian) Hansen of Beavercreek, Todd Mohler and Tim Mohler of Huber Heights, Hannah Mohler of Fairborn, OH; great granddaughter Phoebe Dawson. She was a member of the Kettering Seventh Day Adventist Church , where she was a secretary for over 20 years. A faithful employee of Kettering Medical Center when it was established. She was a teacher with the Seventh Day Adventist School which later became the Spring Valley Academy. Family will receive friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. from 11 AM- 1 PM Monday, May 1, 2017 where funeral services will be held at 1 PM. Pastor Winston Baldwin officiating. Interment New Burlington Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all who helped in the loving care for Jerry.
