CAUDILL, Combs Frances, age 69 of Dayton, OH, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2015. She was born January 30, 1946 in Hyden, KY. The daughter of Bernice Combs and the late Brack Combs, brother, Kendall Combs and the late Sandra Webb. She is survived by her daughters, Katherine Heizer, Heather Dennison, son in laws, Terry Heizer, Mike Dennison, nephew, Bobby Jo Lakes, grandchildren, Rebecca Heizer, Leelyn Dennison and Gracie Dennison. She retired from Kettering Medical Center as a bed controller. A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME- BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL 3970 Dayton- Xenia Rd. The family will receive friends from 11am until the time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Hospice of Dayton.
