Elmer was active in John W. Darst Masonic Lodge #716 and regularly attended Living Water Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thelma and Ernest Moore; his wife, Louise Moore; and by a brother, Dwight Moore. He is survived by sisters, Josephine Wilson and Sharon Stogner Brown; his good friend Ruth Cruthers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave. A celebration of Elmer's life will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
