ARDEMA, Dolores J. “Dee” age 88 passed away on Thursday January 4, 2018. Dee was preceded in death by her parents, Cornelius and Mayme Toohey; and husband, Fred Ardema. She is survived by her daughter, Michele Ardema; son Ronald and his wife Delia Ardema; grandchildren, Zachary Ardema, Patrick and Ryan Ardema; brother, Gene Toohey; and nephew, Todd Toohey. Dee was a much loved Girl Scout leader and dedicated craft director at Mad River Manor. She was very religious and followed the word of the Lord. She loved Mother Angelica and would regularly watch her show. Dee was very loving and considerate of others giving generously of both her time and money. In her memory please pray for those who have no one to pray for them. A visitation will be held at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek on Tuesday January 9, 2018 from 5-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM at St. Helen Parish, 605 Granville Pl., Dayton. Burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
