ELEY, Bertha Lorena, age 98 of Springboro, formerly of Beavercreek, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Elizabeth Kundert; husband, Roberick Eley; son, Douglas Eley and brother, John Kundert. She is survived by her sons and daughters in-law, Jack and Lois Eley, Don and Allene Eley; grandchildren, Sean, Rod, Erin, Scott, Beth, and 13 great-grandchildren. Lorena graduated from Otterbein University and was the organist at Aley United Methodist Church for over 30 years. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with the Rev. Dr. Suzanne Allen officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 13 from 11 a.m. until the time of services.
