I’m sorry I never got the chance to get to know you grandpa wish thing s could have been different but that was decided for me. My condolences to you dad Art I love you, my heart breaks for you and I’m sorry for your loss. He’s with my grandma Alice now, no longer suffering. He’s at peace now. 
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 

Scott will be dearly missed.  I enjoyed getting to know Scott and working with him on the Beavercreek Popcorn Festival Committee for over 15 years.  He was very devoted to enhancing our Beavercreek community.  He had many contributions (including the 9/11 memorial) and was full of knowledge of the community.  He was always willing to help and a great resource.  He was a joy to work with on the committee and he will be missed.

A personal friend, a champion of the Beavercreek community, and a wonderful supporter of the YMCA.  Condolences to the family .

Nancy , We couldn’t help but reflect on all the years.  . Our co - hosting fund raisers for Mike DeWine  in the early years.   The weddings with the next generation . The  dances, the Marilyn Reid Christmas Parties., One year she sent us all subpoenas to appear at the party. We remember after that  Christmas party we invaded the Colony Club with our Beavercreek gang!

I am so thankful for both Scott and Nancy.  They were so kind to me back in 1991, I have never forgotten their kindness.  I worked at Hadley Printing for awhile and everyday Scott came in he always had a smile on his face.  Thoughts and prayers go out to Nancy and the family.  I will always have Scott and Nancy in my heart.

Dianna and I are very sorry to hear of the passing of Scott. There aren't many of us left in the community that knows how much Scott contributed to Beavercreeks success. I am honored to have known Scott personally for many years, and because of this my life has been enriched.  Honorable Bob Doyle

Scott was a well of knowledge and just a great all around person.  Having the privilege to know him and work with him for 20 plus years on the Popcorn Festival Committee,  Scott was a familiar and welcome face to all those who worked and attended the festival.  For many years, he was one of those on the street at 5 am directing vendors in and getting everything ready to roll for another year!  Scott will be greatly missed by all those who knew him, he was a very kind soul who was always willing to lend a hand.  Nancy, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this great time of loss.

Scott was one of the first elected officials I met when I came to work for Beavercreek Police in 1989.  He welcomed me with a kind heart and a long friendship.  He helped me with many projects as the crime prevention officer and D.A.R.E. Officer!  He was always active in the community and with the Popcorn Festival!  He sure left a great legacy and was a leader for community from the start!  God bless the family during this time of mourning!  Doyle Wright

Scott was a committed public servant. He served Beavercreek by his service to the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, Beavercreek Rotary and as Mayor and council member of Beavercreek City Council. He helped Beavercreek become  a City.  Scott exhibited leadership in all his endeavors.  Beavercreek is a wonderful City to live, work and play …thanks to Scott.  I am blessed to consider Scott and Nancy as long term friends. My prayers to Nancy and her family.
