Aimee Voehringer (Cabon), 90, of Centerville, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in the comfort of her own home. Aimee was born and raised in Paris, France and is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Marie Cabon, siblings Renee, Lillian, Claude and Guy, her husband, Jack Voehringer, and only child Patricia Banks. She is survived by her 3 granddaughters, Chris (Keith McAllen) Banks of Kettering, Jenny (Mike) Pron of New Jersey, Rachel (Doug) Brannon of Centerville, 4 great-grandchildren Lianna and Jason Pron, Carter and Dylan Brannon as well as her many furry and shelled loved ones. Aimee was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an avid reader and was usually found with either a book or newspaper in hand. Aimee loved to garden, cook, window shop and deeply loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grand-children who kept her young at heart. Aimee will be remembered for her friendly smile, vivacious personality, and kind-hearted and graceful demeanor; she had an insatiable thirst for life. A gathering of Friends and Sharing of Remembrances will be held Saturday November 17, 2018 at The Golf Club at Yankee Trace; please arrive at 12 O’Clock. We welcome friends and family to share a special memory of our grandmother. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Aimee’s memory to Hospice of Dayton.
