Victoria C. Fulton, 62, of Davenport, IA passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at her home. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 11am at Christ Apostolic Church; visitation will begin at 10am. Memorials in Victoria’s name may be made to the family or to the Sandra Soto College Fund.
Victoria was born on March 26, 1959 in Davenport, Iowa to Calvin Reese, Sr and Sandra Perkins. She graduated from Bettendorf High School in 1977; she later went on to get her Liberal Arts Degree from Scott County Community College in Culinary Arts. Victoria was currently working with Tots2Teens as a transporter. Victoria also worked as a cook at Genesis and Trinity Hospitals and the Good Samaritan Nursing Home. She was united in marriage to Samuel “Sam” Fulton on June 24, 1995. Victoria had many hobbies including crafting, rock painting, making bracelets, knitting, sewing, cooking, and most recently gardening. Victoria loved her family dearly and they were very important to her.
Those left to honor her memory are her husband of 26 years, Sam; children: Ronnie Fulton, Pam Fulton, Sonya Portis, Tonya Major, and Rodger Fulton; grandchildren: Jaciah Fulton, Jamari Fulton, and Jatayshia Major; sisters Kelly (Lloyd) Eston and Raisa (Tournear) Manley; brothers Calvin Reese, Jr. and Damon (Angela) Reese; along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Calvin Reese, Sr. and Bishop Rayes and Sandra Soto; niece Andrea Eston-Tensley; sisters-in-law Viki Turpin-Reese and Gloria Robinson; and brother-in-law Larry Fulton.
