Lynn was born December 31, 1946 to Edward and Jessie (Montgomery) Pomazal in Racine, WI. On June 24, 1967 she was united in marriage to Michael R. deBlois at Holy Redeemer Church in Milwaukee, WI. She worked as a physician assistant until retiring in 2010.
Lynn was a generous, compassionate, and giving person who thrived on taking care of others. A gracious and unselfish caregiver until the end, she lovingly hosted family gatherings, attended every musical and sporting event for her children and grandchildren and was simply one of the brightest sources of love and joy for her family and friends. Her love of photography, genealogy, and family history reflected her connection to her roots and desire to pass it on to future generations.
She traveled the Midwest with her husband, children, and their horses, Daylight and Midnight, to field trials watching their prized Brittany (Brookie Lynn) compete. Lynn enjoyed working in her flower gardens, ice skating, tennis, and golf. She was a member of Wahkonsa Golf & CC and Geneva Golf & CC, where she won a Senior Ladies Club Championship. She was also a past member and president of the Davenport Evening Optimist Club.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Dr. Michael R. deBlois; sons, Michael (Elizabeth) deBlois, Jason (Kara) deBlois, and Scott deBlois; grandchildren, Nicholas (Hannah) deBlois, William (fiancé Bailey) deBlois, Joseph deBlois, Kaitlyn deBlois, Jessica deBlois, and Maverick deBlois; siblings, Michael (Deborah) Pomazal and Debra (Gary) Schultz; sister-in-law, Donna Kudra; and brothers-in-law, Patrick (Phyllis) deBlois, and David (Janine) deBlois.
