Services in celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the Runge Mortuary. Family will greet friends and relatives from 12p.m. to 2p.m. Funeral service to start at 2p.m. and burial services to follow in Davenport Memorial Park. Lori was born February 22, 1971 in Davenport, IA, the daughter of DuWaine and Margie (Jager) Jump. Lori grew up and lived her whole life in Davenport where she met her husband of 32 years, Garth E Letts Jr. She was a baptized and confirmed member of Zion Lutheran Church on Marquette Street in Davenport. She enjoyed spending any and all of her free time with her close family and friends. She especially loved being around her grandchildren who she loved dearly. She was an avid music lover and really enjoyed watching her favorite football team the Miami Dolphins. She also loved watching her sons play sports while they were in school. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
She previously worked as a CNA for 12 years at the Kahl Home. For the last 12 years she’s been employed at Hy-Vee, West Locust, and also in conjunction with Love’s the last two years.
Those left to cherish and honor her memory are her husband, Garth Jr.; her mother, Margie; and her children: Garth (Breannon) Letts, Adam (Cheyenne) Letts, Matthew Letts, Vanessa Letts and Stephanie Letts all of Davenport; her brothers, David (Elaine) Jump, Jeffrey “Bodean” (Chelsea) Jump and Christian (Allison) Jump; her many grandchildren: Avria, MaKennah, Garth, Elijah, Izaiah, Arisa, Riley, Emma, Arianna, Autumn, Bailey, Mia, Jamari and Layla; her Godchildren, Mercedes, Kavin and Konnor Jump; along with many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, DuWaine; father-in-law, Garth Sr.; and all of her grandparents.
