JoAnn Sauls, 74, of Davenport, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at her home with her loving family by her side. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 1-4pm at Luther Towers, 1810 E. 38th St. Ct. Davenport, IA. Private family burial at the National Cemetery, Rock Island, Illinois.
JoAnn was born in 1943, in Davenport, Iowa to Frances and Laura King. She was united in marriage to Charles Sauls on December 12, 1981. JoAnn was known for her love of sewing and doing crafts. She also liked to play Bingo and cook for family and friends. JoAnn’s family was her pride and joy. JoAnn proudly volunteered with the Disabled American Veteran’s Auxiliary.
Those left to honor JoAnn are: her husband, Charles; children Star (Jeff) Coffey, Julie (Bryan) Wisong, Denise Cox; step children: Christine Coburn and Frank McIntosh; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and special friend Marjie Koberg. She was preceded in death by her parents.
