Donna M. Monson

Funeral services will be 10:00am Thursday, April 28, 2022 at the Runge Mortuary Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family and condolences at be shared at www.rungemortuary.com.

Donna was born June 2, 1926 in Humboldt County, IA to John & Orilla (Hundertmark) Davis. She was united in marriage to Everett Monson in 1951 at Blue Earth, MN. Everett preceded her in death in 1994.

Donna had been a member of Newcomb Presbyterian Church Davenport and the former Davenport Moose Club. Earlier in life she enjoyed camping with Everett, more recently crocheting, reading, and doing word puzzles.

Survivors include 2 daughters Denise Czichas & Bobbie Moon both of Davenport; 2 sons Leslie (Cindy) Monson, Maquoketa, IA, & Samuel Tillson, Richland, MO; 5 grandchildren Stephanie Moon, Renee Sindt, Rachel Monson, Felisha Monson, & Kristy Monson; 6 great grandchildren Lexi, Abby, Dylan, Andrew, Matthew, & Kinsley.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son David Monson, & 3 sons in law Roger Inman, Pete Rehder, & Wayne Czichas
