Debra D. Reed, 51, of LeClaire, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 2:30 pm at the Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:30 pm until 2:30 pm at the mortuary. Memorials can be made to the Scott County Humane Society. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com. Debra was born November 3, 1962 in Scott County, IA; the daughter of Eugene and Doris (Mumm) Nickles. She was united in marriage to Lewis Reed on September 30, 1990 in Nashua, IA. She enjoyed watching her children in sports, flower gardening and being in the sun. She loved camping, shooting pool road trips, especially to Wisconsin in the Fall and spending time with her grandchildren. Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Lewis; daughter Ashley (Randy Bowling) Wulf; son, Justin Reed; grandchildren: Jayden, Sophia and Blake and three siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents, mother-in-law, Judy Reed and an aunt, Lois Muhs.
