Connor R. Stoltenberg

Conner R. Stoltenberg, 74, of Bettendorf, IA passed away on Monday, March 14, 2011, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Cunnick-Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service assisted the family with arrangements.Conner Ralph Stoltenberg was born in Bettendorf on October 5, 1936, the son of John and Leila (Conner) Stoltenberg. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Stoltenberg worked as a pipe welder for various companies around the world. He enjoyed fishing and golfing.He is survived by three Daughters: Connie Nowack of Denver, IA, Sheryl (Benjamin) Crawford of Owatonna, MN, Teresa (Bill) Buchanan of Blooming Prairie, MN; a Sister: Mary (Earl) Sprott of Bettendorf; a Sister-in-law: Norma Stoltenberg of Davenport; 6 Grandchildren, 17 Great- grandchildren; and a Great-great-granddaughter.He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: John Stoltenberg, Jr., and a great-granddaughter.Memorials may be directed to the Clarissa C.
