Catherine Neely Marske

Catherine “Cathy” N. Marske, 67, of Davenport, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Unity Point Hospital, Bettendorf. Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services at this time. Online condolences may be expressed at www.weertsfh.com.

Cathy was born on September 19, 1955 in Watseka, IL to Henry and Margie (Meadows) Neely. She married Tim Marske on December 30, 1994. Cathy's hometown was Athens, Ga. She was an avid Georgia Bulldogs Football fan. Cathy enjoyed working in her garden. But most of all, Cathy loved her family and grandchildren and spending time with them.

She is survived by her husband Tim, children Patricia (Frank) Simmons and Jason (Tracy)Gaudry; four grandchildren, Sierra Everhart, Maggie Everhart, Emily (Parker)Lane, and Tristan Simmons; two great granddaughters, Madison and Hannah Cross; sisters, Tari (John) Bradenburg, Teni Martin, Gayle Neely, Diane (Larry) McCrum, and Brother, Ernest “Marty" Martin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Toni Powell.
