MURPHY, Geraldine Margaret – 84, of Dartmouth. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and sister, who passed away peacefully at the Dartmouth General Hospital with family by her side. She was born to the late James and Grace (Sweeney) Harding on April 19, 1939, in Yarmouth, NS., where she enjoyed a happy childhood with her older sister, the later Barbara Mooney and younger brother Larry Harding. Geraldine will be greatly missed by her children, Charlene King, Josephine (Raymond) Cataford, Nancy King, Janice (Milton) Hamilton, and Jonathon Murphy, grandchildren, Christopher (Danielle) Cataford, Bobby Hamm, Stephen (Sarah) Bezanson, Tricia (Josh) King-Delorey, Kandis (Steven) Curtis, Ryan King and Serenity Cataford, great grandchildren, Olivia, Adalyn, Jordyn, Stevie, Everly, Lincoln and Hailey. Donations may be made to a charity of choice. A private service will take place at a later date.
