Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Manuel P. and Virginia (Amaral) Vieira, she was a lifelong area resident.
Mrs. Marshall was a deli attendant at Stop & Shop for several years. In her spare time, she enjoyed making puzzles, sewing clothing for her daughter Roxana, crocheting and she especially enjoyed the time she spent taking care of her grandchildren over the years.
She is survived by one daughter, Roxana Pereira and her husband Jeffrey of New Bedford; two sons, Wyatt Marshall of New Bedford and Gerald Marshall, Jr. of Dartmouth; seven grandchildren, Nathan Marshall, Tara Freitas, Tatum Pereira, T.J. Marshall, Lacy Marshall, McKenzie Marshall and Quinn Marshall; six great grandchildren, Abigail, Lauren, James, Vegas, Mason and Logan; two sisters, Glory Dagnall and Mary Davignon; several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Manuel Vieira.
She was the grandmother of the late Branden Marshall and sister of the late Shirley Lima, Suzy Sylvia and Virginia Vieira.
Her funeral and burial are private.
