Joseph was born April 13, 1929 in Danbury, the son of the late Teo and Marion (Sniffin) Joudy. A lifelong resident, he was employed for 22 years with Davis and Geck as Superintendent of Building Services and Security. In his retirement, he enjoyed woodworking and crafting birdhouses.
In addition to his wife Eleanor of 74 years, Joseph is survived by his sons: Richard Joudy (Donna), Joseph Joudy Jr. (Deborah), David Joudy and John Joudy, his granddaughters: Jessica Joudy, Elisabeth Joudy, Nicolle Hawley (Matthew); great grandchildren, Colin and Conner Hawley.
Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
